Billing Specialist

2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing documents.
3. Maintain organized records and databases of billing information.
4. Handle customer inquiries related to billing.
5. Monitor payment activity and follow up on any discrepancies.
6. Generate invoices and distribute to customers.
7. Work with other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Develop and implement procedures to streamline the billing process.
9. Provide assistance with the implementation of billing software programs.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve any billing issues.
