  1. Provide administrative support to the Program Manager in planning, organizing, and executing various healthcare programs and initiatives.
  2. Assist in developing and maintaining program budgets, keeping track of expenses and providing regular updates to the Program Manager.
  3. Participate in the recruitment and training of program staff and volunteers.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and external partners to coordinate program logistics and ensure smooth operations.
  5. Monitor program progress and evaluate effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities, including participant data and program outcomes.
  7. Communicate with patients and their families to provide information and support regarding program services.
  8. Assist in the development of program marketing materials and outreach strategies to increase community awareness and participation.
  9. Respond to inquiries and concerns from program participants and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare program management to continuously improve program offerings.
  11. Adhere to all relevant legal and ethical standards in healthcare program operations.
  12. Attend meetings and trainings as required by the Program Manager.
  13. Uphold the mission and values of BJC HealthCare in all interactions and activities.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager to ensure the success of programs and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Program Management, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Financial Analysis.
