Anesthesia Technician

1. Assist anesthesia providers in the preparation and maintenance of anesthesia equipment and supplies.
2. Set up and operate various monitoring devices and equipment used during anesthesia procedures.
3. Prepare and maintain patient monitoring systems and anesthesia machines, including troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
4. Ensure all anesthesia equipment is properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized according to safety standards.
5. Restock and reorder supplies as needed to ensure that anesthesia services are not interrupted.
6. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of anesthesia services.
7. Participate in the training and orientation of new anesthesia technicians and other healthcare staff.
8. Monitor patient vital signs and communicate any changes or concerns to anesthesia providers.
9. Provide support during emergency situations, such as cardiac arrests or other medical emergencies.
10. Maintain accurate records of anesthesia equipment maintenance, usage, and repairs.
