- Develop and implement academic programs that align with BJC HealthCare's mission and goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the academic programs, including curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and student enrollment.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the success of academic programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and allocation of funds.
- Provide leadership and guidance to faculty and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and accrediting bodies.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare education to continuously enhance academic programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing any concerns or issues related to the academic programs.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for faculty and staff to ensure program consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to promote and attract top talent to the academic programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to academic programs.
- Prepare and present reports on program performance to senior management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate academic programs to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.
- Uphold the values and standards of BJC HealthCare in all aspects of program management.
Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In An Academic Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders Such As Faculty, Students, And Healthcare Professionals.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Budgets, Timelines, And Resources For Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
