
Sr. Kitchen Manager
BJ's Restaurants seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Sr. Kitchen Manager to provide exceptional leadership and direction to our kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be committed to ensuring the highest-level of food quality and customer service. The Sr. Kitchen Manager must have at least five years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant and be able to confidently direct and motivate kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operation at all times. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in developing and executing kitchen strategies and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Sr. Kitchen Manager must also be knowledgeable in all aspects of restaurant operations, including menu planning and food cost control.
