
Sr. Kitchen Manager
BJ's Restaurants is looking for an experienced and passionate Sr. Kitchen Manager to join our team! We are seeking an individual who can lead our kitchen staff to ensure that we are consistently providing the highest-quality food and superior guest experience. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of professional kitchen management experience, preferably in a high-volume, casual dining restaurant. - Train and develop team members to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.
- Monitor food safety and sanitation practices to meet all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed.
