The Sr. Kitchen Manager will be responsible for leading the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of our delicious menu items.We are seeking a Sr. Kitchen Manager who has a minimum of 5 years of kitchen and restaurant experience, including management in a full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional guest service in a high-volume environment, a working knowledge of labor and food cost management, and a commitment to developing and retaining talented staff. In addition, the Sr. Kitchen Manager will be a team player with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of menu items.
- Provide exceptional guest service in a high-volume environment.
- Monitor labor and food costs and take necessary steps to manage them effectively.

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Actively participate in training and coaching kitchen staff.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment.
- Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
- Solve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and adjust workflow as necessary.
