Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all kitchen operations while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of kitchen management experience and a proven track record of leading staff in delivering a superior culinary experience. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you must have a genuine love for the restaurant industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food quality and service are consistently met.
  2. Develop menus and recipes that are innovative and meet customer expectations.
  3. Ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained in the kitchen.
  4. Supervise and train kitchen staff in the proper use of food preparation techniques and equipment.
  5. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  6. Ensure kitchen and food safety standards are met and followed at all times.
  7. Maintain and order supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
  9. Monitor and manage kitchen budget and expenses.
  10. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a cohesive and successful restaurant operation.
