- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including analyzing financial reports and identifying areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.

Previous Management Experience: A Successful Restaurant Manager At Bj's Restaurants Should Have Prior Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Restaurant Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead A Team, Handle Various Responsibilities, And Make Sound Decisions.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Restaurant Manager, Effective Communication And People Skills Are Essential For Interacting With Staff, Customers, And Vendors. This Includes The Ability To Listen, Give Clear Instructions, And Resolve Conflicts In A Professional Manner.
Knowledge Of Restaurant Operations And Industry Trends: A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Restaurant Operations, Including Food And Beverage Management, Budgeting, Inventory Control, And Customer Service. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Trends And Best Practices To Help Drive The Restaurant's Success.
