Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In A High-Volume Or Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Restaurant Operations, Including Food And Beverage Preparation, Inventory Management, And Cost Control.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.
A Degree In Hospitality Or A Related Field Is Preferred, But Not Required. Alternatively, Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Previous Management Positions.
