Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, customer service, and food and beverage quality.

3. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
5. Train, coach, and develop restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
6. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
7. Ensure adherence to BJ's Restaurants standards for food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
8. Monitor and order inventory to ensure adequate stock is available.
9. Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager and corporate team on special projects and initiatives.
