Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, customer service, and food and beverage quality.
- Monitor and manage financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Train, coach, and develop restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure adherence to BJ's Restaurants standards for food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Monitor and order inventory to ensure adequate stock is available.
- Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager and corporate team on special projects and initiatives.
