The Brewery QC Technician enforces quality standards for internal BJ’s branded beer and breweries. The position ensures brewing, laboratory, canning and HACCP policies are upheld. Performs standardized testing for process and finished beer. Assists with production issues, including but not limited to: Yeast culturing and production brewing. Maintains laboratory equipment and supplies. Prepares stock solutions and medium plates. Data entry as necessary. Tracks and analyzes data.
