1. Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
3. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and benefits.
4. Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
5. Support the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
6. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
7. Manage and maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
8. Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
10. Conduct research and stay updated on current HR trends and best practices to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
11. Provide support for employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution.
12. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with employees, management, and external partners.
14. Continuously strive to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.
15. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager.
