
Construction Project Manager
BJ’s Construction Project Manager will coordinate construction of freestanding and in-line restaurants throughout the United States. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and management of all aspects of project on behalf of the BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. Monitor and maintain comprehensive project budgets and schedules. Coordination of all work with owner’s vendors, and contractors. Communication with the Landlord representatives on matters relating to the site development. Conduct project meetings and provide detailed status reports to the property. Monitor and manage construction project schedules. Facilitate turnover of completed restaurants to BJ’s Training Department. Provide weekly updates on construction progress.
Prior experience in a similar role is required
