1. Create and serve a variety of drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Maintain a high level of knowledge about all beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.

14. Follow all state and local laws regarding alcohol service and ensure responsible consumption by guests.
15. Assist with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies.
16. Train and mentor new bartenders as needed.
