- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Create a positive and inviting atmosphere for guests through exceptional customer service.
- Take and serve drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of craft beers and cocktails according to BJ's Restaurants' standards and recipes.
- Utilize knowledge of mixology to create unique and delicious drinks for guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking identification and monitoring guest alcohol consumption.
- Communicate with kitchen and server staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drinks.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Continuously learn about new drinks and menu items to provide an exceptional and up-to-date experience for guests.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to create a cohesive and enjoyable work environment.

Prior Bartending Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Bartender In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Or Bar Setting.
Knowledge Of Cocktails And Drinks: A Good Understanding Of Different Types Of Alcoholic Beverages, Their Ingredients, And How To Mix Them Is Essential For A Successful Bartender.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Bartender Should Be Friendly, Outgoing, And Have Strong Communication Skills To Provide Exceptional Service To Customers.
Ability To Multitask: Working Behind A Bar Can Be Hectic, So A Bartender Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once, Such As Taking Orders, Preparing Drinks, And Handling Payments.
Familiarity With Health And Safety Regulations: Knowledge Of State And Local Laws Regarding The Sale And Consumption Of Alcohol, As Well As Proper Hygiene And Sanitation Practices, Is Important For A Bartender To Ensure A Safe And Enjoyable Experience For Customers.
