1. Assist the Head Brewer in all aspects of the brewing process, including milling, mashing, boiling, fermenting, and packaging.
2. Maintain a clean and organized brewery, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
3. Monitor and record all brewing activities, including temperatures, pressures, and ingredient measurements.
