- Assist in the brewing process, including milling, mashing, boiling, fermenting, and packaging.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of beer throughout the brewing process.
- Conduct quality control tests and make adjustments as needed to ensure the highest quality of beer.
- Clean and maintain brewing equipment to ensure sanitary and safe brewing conditions.
- Collaborate with the Head Brewer and other team members to develop new and innovative beer recipes.
- Participate in brewery tours and events to educate customers and promote the BJ's brand.
- Maintain accurate records of brewing activities and inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards in the brewery.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
- Assist with training and mentoring new team members.
- Help with the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient brewing process.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to support the overall success of BJ's Restaurants.

Knowledge Of Brewing Process: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Brewing Process, Including Knowledge Of Different Grains, Hops, Yeast Strains, And Fermentation Techniques.
Experience In A Brewing Environment: Previous Experience Working In A Brewery Or Brewpub Is Highly Desired. The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Operating Brewing Equipment, Maintaining Cleanliness And Sanitation Standards, And Following Recipes And Procedures.
Physical Stamina: Brewing Is A Physically Demanding Job That Requires Long Hours Of Standing, Lifting Heavy Sacks Of Grains, And Working In Hot And Wet Environments. The Candidate Should Have The Physical Stamina To Handle These Tasks.
Attention To Detail: Brewing Is A Precise Process That Requires Strict Adherence To Recipes And Procedures. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Attention To Detail To Ensure Consistency And Quality In The Beer Produced.
