Assistant Brewer

As an Assistant Brewer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our Head Brewer to create unique and flavorful beers that our guests will love. 1. Work closely with the Head Brewer to assist in all aspects of the brewing process including recipe formulation, brewing, fermentation, and packaging.
2. Maintain a clean and organized brewing area to ensure the highest quality of beer production.
3. Monitor and record brewing data such as temperature, pH levels, and gravity readings.
4. Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of brewing equipment to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
5. Collaborate with the Head Brewer to create new and innovative beer recipes that align with our brand and customer preferences.
6. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure beer meets our high standards for taste and appearance.
7. Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
8. Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure uninterrupted production.
9. Train and mentor new team members on brewing processes and procedures.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and answering any questions about our beers and brewing process.
11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our brewing processes and products.
12. Participate in brewery events and promotions to promote our beers and engage with customers.
13. Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and successful brewing operation.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Brewer or management.
