
HRIS Analyst
The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for assisting the HRIS Manager with supporting Bird’s Human Resources Information Systems.. You will assist with implementation and ongoing maintenance of all Talent systems (such as HRIS, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits and Employee Experience). Translate end user business needs to design, configure, document, and test Talent systems. Develop and support integration of core HR systems with other internal and external systems. Develop and support reporting, dashboards and analytics of Talent data. Provide Talent system knowledge and leadership on cross-functional projects. Maintain metadata across all business systems, monitor the data for trends, and make recommendations for system changes based on data analysis.
3+ years of experience in a technical Information Technology or Human Resources role
Proven ability to work with and manage confidential information in a professional manner
Knowledge of Talent business processes, policies, and programs (including payroll, benefits, compensation, and recruitment)
