Systems Analyst - Order to Cash
Plan and execute projects through the entire Software Development Lifecycle in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other internal adjacent systems as well as external business partners. Deliver hands-on system work packages and actively shape future systems landscape. Consult and guide business on best practices and reference systems architectures for new business models in the area of eCommerce and Order to Cash processes. Provide new and updated solutions in order to optimize operations and support business goals. Document problems and facilitate solution discussions. Provide concepts, effort estimates and project proposals and align local requirements with corporate standards and solutions, ensure fulfillment of local requirements in global templates. Manage user requests, inquiries and troubleshoot problems in Enterprise Systems landscape.
5 years’ experience with 3rd party ordering, customer consignment, international trade, incoterms
5 years’ experience with Business to Consumer (B2C), Business to Business (B2B), eCommerce
5 years’ experience creating process flow diagrams to visualize complex scenarios and dependencies
