Director - Operational Excellence

We're looking for an experienced Director - Operational Excellence to join the BioMarin Pharmaceutical team. They will have a strong knowledge of current trends in operational excellence, as well as excellent communication and managerial skills.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for excellence. They will be an enthusiastic team player, with the ability to drive change and inspire others. They will be proactive, creative, and have an eagerness to learn new techniques and technologies. The successful candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in a related field, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. An MBA or Master's Degree is an asset.
