2. Drive operational excellence and production goals.
3. Ensure adherence to cGMP requirements.
4. Develop and implement procedures for the Upstream Manufacturing area.
5. Monitor and evaluate production performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
7. Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
8. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members.
9. Maintain records and prepare reports.
10. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
