Product Development & Operations Manager

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the TotalSeq product development team as well as core functional teams within the Proteogenomics Division including molecular biology, cell biology, and bioinformatics). Coordinate the activities of multi-disciplinary teams to meet aggressive timelines and to deliver on company objectives. Effectively communicate progress towards meeting division objectives. Manage the development of new TotalSeq products in compliance with ISO13485. Ensure compliance with company and department policies, procedures, and checklists. Work with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing to establish procedures to increase traceability in manufacturing using robotics and 2d barcoding. Work with the Bioinformatics team to establish single cell NGS-based quality control standards for new and existing TotalSeq products. Sign off on release of new products according to single cell NGS-based data analysis. Present product updates and research results at conferences. Maintain effective communications with internal and external stakeholders as needed to develop products.
