Process Development Associate

This position is lab based and will work independently in a team setting to perform all essential functions related to small scale antibody production, conjugation, and purification. Perform all essential functions related to antibody purification including centrifugation and making buffers. Perform column chromatography, use spectrophotometer, UV detector and fraction collector Have basic understanding of antibody structure, conjugation, and purification Follow SOPs, forms and batch records. Use ERP/MRP database to execute production orders. Meet important deadlines and due dates and the ability to multi-task. Work independently within a team-oriented environment. Perform maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies. This position will also perform trouble-shooting, and also responsible for assisting the supervisor with laboratory operations and completing production requirements before due dates.
