Manufacturing Associate

Essential tasks for this position include: following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s, creating and updating batch records, performing limited buffer preparation, cleaning glassware and restocking lab supplies. Additional responsibilities may also include processing troubleshooting and aliquoting bulk antibodies for finished goods inventory. Perform all essential functions related to antibody purification, include dilution and buffer exchange of antibodies. Calculate the concentration and amount of antibodies. Follow SOP’s and batch records. Perform column chromatography. Use balance, spectrophotometer, nanodrop, UV detector, and pH Meter. Conduct Endotoxin tests. Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies. Advance multiple projects simultaneously and work in a team environment. Assist with troubleshooting purifications.
