Facilities Associate

The Facilities Associate provides essential functions to Facilities and the customers they service. Key duties include housekeeping tasks, light facility and safety equipment preventive and corrective maintenance, lab/office furniture assembly, equipment movement and delivery, safety inspections. Assembly and delivery of furniture and lab/office equipment. Perform light facility and safety related maintenance. Maintain good housekeeping at key areas indoor and outdoor. Assist Safety Department as needed with maintenance of routine safety equipment such as eye wash stations, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and spill kits. Assist Safety Department as needed with HazMat weekly disposal Responsible for the receipt, inventory, and ordering of selected Facilities consumables and their proper storage, maintaining selected Janitorial Supplies.
