Order Fulfillment Planner

This role is responsible for all order fulfillment activities in order to meet company On Time Shipment and Revenue goals. It requires daily review of the backlog file and printing of SOs to be delivered to the appropriate departments whether it’s Kitting, Production or Warehouse. This role will be the conduit between Order Management and Operations. Daily and intra-day refreshes of the backlog report to determine what orders need to be printed and shipped Attend and participate in the kitting and consumables stand up meeting Send out the Daily Ship List email that summarizes all orders that need to ship for the day. Establish a next day prep routine for all orders targeted to ship the next day. Daily scrub of all instrument, consumables and spare parts orders. Update daily management boards to coordinate with Production and Kitting Checks all Sales Orders for special instructions to make sure all orders ship according to customer expectations
