Lead Engineer - Systems/DevOps

First and foremost, lead, mentor, and coach a small team of Systems Engineers and DevOps Engineers to support a rapidly growing biotech company. You will help drive direction as we move to new technology for Infrastructure, cloud architecture, automation, and development. Create and maintain our cloud platform in Microsoft Azure and AWS. Maintain and build monitoring solutions using tool such as New Relic or Splunk. Create and maintain optimal deployment pipelines in VSTS, Jenkins and Microsoft Azure Take part in mergers and acquisitions and assist with integrations or additions to the company network. Manage Active Directory environment including all forests, domains, objects, trusts, integrations, performance, authentication, authorization, replication, and redundancy. Administer VMWare environment including all supporting components such as SAN datastores, virtual network, hardware hosts, and hyper-visor software. Maintain network and system security. Participate as a key member of a team involved in implementation of major projects.
