Job Description

Lead the development of a new set of strategic initiatives for the group. Leverage market and business analytics to inform opportunity assessments and choices. Directly manage and lead CDG’s marketing efforts, product management teams, marketing communications and product support groups in both US and Europe. Work closely with R&D leadership to drive the group-wide product portfolio planning process for current and future products to ensure Bio-Rad invests in the projects with the best return on investment. Identify new market opportunities for CDG. Coordinate and facilitate with the sales leadership team both short and long-term product sales forecasts for products during NPD, NPI and post launch monitoring. Developing marketing plans and budgets. Work cross functionally in the company to set common goals and priorities, and identify and solve challenges and issues.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven strategist with a track record of execution and growth acceleration

  • Minimum of 10+ years with senior level responsibility in leading strategic marketing teams and initiatives.

  • IVD market knowledge with experience in the regulated (FDA/CE Mark) space.

  • Demonstrated participation in strategic partnerships and M&A activities
