Job Description

Manage, teach, and monitor scrum processes. Organize, conduct, and facilitate daily stand-up, demo, planning, and retrospective meetings. Coach teams on scrum/agile methodologies creating culture of empowerment and continuous improvement. Navigate around or remove blockers for team. Build trust, safe environment for raising issues without fear and emphasis on problem-solving. Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Periodic review with stakeholders to ensure that the scrum process/format is meeting their needs. Escalate problems as needed and identify risks to leadership & project stakeholders in a timely fashion. We're seeking a hard-working and experienced Software Scrum Master to join our team in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, high energy environment. Help define KPIs to monitor team performance and facilitate continuous improvement and increase transparency.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years Scrum Master experience in a software environment.

  • Experienced scrum master managing multiple scrum teams applying scrum principles and best practices.

  • Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on software product development.
