R&D Product Support Group Leader
In addition to providing leadership and supervision to direct reports, lead and collaborate cross-functionally with product support-related activities. Support IVD products in conformance with global regulatory requirements, including ISO13485 or FDA QSR. May represent Product Support expertise for input into new product development activities. Assess results and report to management on the progress of product support-related activities. Requires strong problem solving skills, technical proficiency, collaboration with key stake holders and ability to work within a team. Present ongoing scientific/technical work at internal/departmental meetings and trainings. Author, update or review product support documentation.
8+ years’ experience leading projects, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years’ experience leading a team in a regulated environment
Experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry preferred
A track record of success in product support for IVD products in a regulated environment is desired
