Plans and executes studies to support product transfer, CAPA, customer complaints, troubleshooting, and product/process improvements. Collects, analyzes/interprets, and summarizes technical data into concise reports that includes recommendations. Develops, drafts, and updates process specifications and documents. Investigates nonconformances and deviations. Determines impact to product performance, functionality, and customer use/safety. Initiates and processes engineering, document, and SAP changes. Drafts protocols, conducts studies, and creates reports for validation activities. Investigates customer complaints. Performs cost modeling. Analyzes various product and process structures in order to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce standard costs.
