Application Scientist

Lead, with support from product managers and commercial team partners, the creation of content and data for marketing and product collateral, application notes, scientific posters, and journal publications to advance the science and use of our products. Present on specific product applications and scientific findings at conferences, seminars/webinars, and tradeshows. Design, perform, and troubleshoot experiments using Bio-Rad platforms, particularly digital PCR and related products (qPCR/ddPCR assay design and bioinformatics experience is a plus). Serve as a consultant to the R&D team on experimental design, assay design, and data analysis that meet project objectives when needed. Participate in new product development by working with product managers to gather the voice of the customer, to manage alpha and beta testing, and to launch products into the market.
