  1. Provide exceptional customer service to merchants by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for merchants, addressing their concerns and providing them with accurate information about Binance products and services.
  4. Serve as a liaison between merchants and internal teams, including technical support, finance, and compliance, to ensure efficient and effective resolution of merchant issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Binance products and services to provide knowledgeable support to merchants.
  6. Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate teams for further resolution.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the merchant experience and provide feedback to relevant teams.
  8. Collaborate with the global customer service team to share best practices and continuously improve processes.
  9. Maintain accurate documentation of all merchant interactions and follow-up actions.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance regulations, to ensure a high level of service and professionalism.
  11. Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  12. Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer service experience for merchants and provide suggestions for improvement.
  13. Uphold the reputation and values of Binance through exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  14. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Binance products and services to merchants and potential clients.
