
Human Resources Payroll Administrator
Accurately process and record the company’s bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and Canadian payroll utilizing our HCM, including all year-end reporting, while working closely with Accounting. Process and send payroll reports to appropriate parties once payroll has been completed. Responsible for the annual open enrollment process which include updating our HCM with new benefit rates, scheduling open enrollment meetings and updating our intranet with current benefits information. Administer and track Leave of Absence (LOA) requests and process paperwork accordingly. Maintain employee records in our HCM including processing new hires, terminations, employee changes, Paid Time Off (PTO) requests. Assist with special projects as needed including compliance reporting and audits.
5+ years of corporate payroll and benefits experience
SHRM-CP or PHR a plus
