
Data Scientist, DEI
The Data Scientist, DEI role is responsible for distilling and delivering the output of multivariate cross-purpose analyses into useful insights that enable the foundation to improve its processes and decision-making strategies to result in key business outcomes. Design, document, implement and maintain an ongoing measurement strategy for DEI, aligned to the business strategy – defining metrics, dimensions, data sources, targets and tactics to serve as a guidepost for driving business outcomes. Create technical documents and white papers summarizing analytics research projects, including executive summaries for presentation to senior & executive leadership. Use data and analysis methodologies (including statistical modeling, survey design/analysis and reporting) to address business questions or problems and uncover insights that support foundation leaders in making strategic, data-driven decisions.
At least 3 years working within the field of HR/people analytics
Familiarity with descriptive and basic inferential statistics to understand usage behaviors, and generate and test hypotheses.
7+ years of experience in people analytics or other relevant sector with exposure to people/HR data or other sensitive data types
Enterprise survey platform administration and utilization (e.g. Qualtrics, UKG, Culture Amp, Glint)
Multivariate statistical platforms and/or languages (R, SAS, Stata, SPSS)
