Data Scientist, DEI

The Data Scientist, DEI role is responsible for distilling and delivering the output of multivariate cross-purpose analyses into useful insights that enable the foundation to improve its processes and decision-making strategies to result in key business outcomes. Design, document, implement and maintain an ongoing measurement strategy for DEI, aligned to the business strategy – defining metrics, dimensions, data sources, targets and tactics to serve as a guidepost for driving business outcomes.
