Technical Recruiter

Our internal Recruiting team is hiring! This role will start as a remote opportunity, with the ability to work from our Bellevue office. This role will support consulting opportunities across several teams. The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to change. Participate in a collaborative team environment of onshore and offshore Recruiters. Build and maintain a network of candidates through passive Recruiting techniques and on-going relationship management. Source candidates by phone screening, database mining, referrals, job boards, and social and professional networking Primary point of contact for a variety of teams with the ability to drive and impact candidate delivery to our customers. Manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and job priority. Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including process improvements, reporting and best practices.
