- Develop a long term product design strategy and roadmap, taking into consideration market trends, user needs, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data analysts to ensure a seamless product development process.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and incorporate them into the product development process.
- Set and maintain high standards for design quality, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all products and platforms.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
