  1. Lead and conduct user research to inform product and service development.
  2. Use a variety of research methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights from users.
  3. Analyze and interpret research data to identify patterns, trends, and user needs.
  4. Create comprehensive research reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
  5. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and refine product strategy based on research insights.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and incorporate them into our research processes.
  7. Mentor and guide junior researchers on research methodologies and techniques.
  8. Advocate for the user throughout the product development process and ensure that their needs and preferences are considered.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors.
  10. Continuously seek out new opportunities to gather feedback and insights from users.
  11. Work closely with the design team to ensure that research findings are translated into actionable design solutions.
  12. Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.
  13. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the research team and across other departments.
  14. Represent the company at conferences, events, and other industry gatherings.
  15. Embrace a growth mindset and continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Conducting User Research Within A Product Development Environment.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Ux Research Methodologies, Including Usability Testing, Surveys, And Ethnographic Research.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Synthesize Complex Data To Drive Actionable Insights.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Research Projects From Start To Finish.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Research Findings To Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
