- Oversee all aspects of stock administration, including equity plan management, grant processing, and equity reporting.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of equity transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of equity grants, exercises, and cancellations.
- Manage communication with employees regarding equity plans and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on all relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to equity compensation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and distribute reports and analysis related to equity plans and transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of equity plan policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to employees on equity plan processes.
- Identify and recommend improvements to streamline and optimize stock administration processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and accurate management of equity plans.
- Act as a subject matter expert on equity compensation and reporting for the company.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to stock administration.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partners.
- Provide support and guidance to junior stock administration team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Stock Administration, Preferably In A High-Growth Technology Company
Strong Understanding Of Equity Plans, Stock Option Grants, And Rsus
Knowledge Of Sec Regulations, Tax Laws, And Accounting Principles Related To Equity Compensation
Experience With Stock Administration Software, Such As Shareworks Or Equity Edge, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel
