As a Senior Stock Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's equity compensation plans and ensuring compliance with all regulations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with extensive experience in stock administration and a deep understanding of the financial and legal implications of equity compensation.   1. Develop and maintain equity compensation plans in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day administration of stock grants, including processing and tracking stock option exercises, RSUs, and other equity awards.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of equity transactions and maintain accurate records of all equity grants.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of equity compensation programs.
  5. Monitor and analyze equity data and trends to make informed recommendations for equity plan design and improvements.
  6. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to equity compensation and ensure compliance.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for all equity-related inquiries from employees and external stakeholders.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews of equity data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  9. Train and mentor junior members of the stock administration team.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  11. Work closely with legal counsel and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and disclosure of equity compensation.
  12. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline and improve efficiency of stock administration tasks.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to equity compensation as needed.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all equity-related information.
  15. Represent the company and promote our mission to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Stock Administration, Preferably At A High-Growth Technology Company.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Equity Compensation Plans, Stock Option Grants, And Other Equity-Related Programs.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sec Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Stock Administration.

  • Prior Experience Managing A Team Of Stock Administration Professionals And Overseeing All Aspects Of Equity Compensation For A Large Organization.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership To Develop And Implement Stock Administration Strategies.
