- Lead the design process for our direct to consumer products, from concept to launch.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs and business goals.
- Create and maintain user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and incorporate insights into the design process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across all products.
- Communicate design solutions and rationale to stakeholders, including executives and team members.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
- Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve the product.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Work with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct usability testing and make data-driven design decisions.
- Drive innovation and push boundaries to create exceptional user experiences.

Extensive Experience In Product Design: A Senior Product Designer At Betterup Must Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Designing Digital Products, Preferably In The Direct-To-Consumer Space. They Should Have A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Design Skills And Ability To Create User-Centric And Visually Appealing Products.
Expertise In User Experience Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of User Experience Design Principles, Including User Research, Information Architecture, And Interaction Design. They Should Be Able To Translate User Needs And Business Goals Into Intuitive And Effective Product Designs.
Strong Visual Design Skills: A Senior Product Designer Should Have A Keen Eye For Aesthetics And Be Proficient In Creating Visually Stunning Designs. They Should Have Experience In Creating High-Fidelity Wireframes, Mockups, And Prototypes Using Design Tools Such As Sketch, Figma, Or Adobe Creative Suite.
Leadership And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Design Team, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Mentoring Other Designers. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Managers, Engineers, And Researchers.
