  1. Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive member growth and engagement.
  2. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  4. Lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content development, and testing.
  5. Develop and maintain customer personas to inform targeted marketing efforts.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and personalization across the customer journey.
  7. Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our lifecycle marketing strategies.
  8. Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing efforts.
  9. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and goals.
  10. Develop and manage budget for lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  11. Train and mentor junior marketing team members.
  12. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation within the marketing team.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company.
  15. Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Lifecycle Marketing, With A Focus On Member Growth And Retention.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Data To Inform Decision Making And Drive Results.

  • Excellent Project Management And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
