As a senior member of our Field Enablement team, you will play a critical role in equipping our sales and customer success teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to excel in their roles.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for sales and customer success teams to enhance their knowledge, skills, and performance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create customized training solutions.
  3. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Mentor and coach team members to promote continuous learning and development.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.
  6. Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of training initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external training partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
  9. Work closely with sales and customer success leaders to align training programs with business goals and objectives.
  10. Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  11. Conduct regular field visits to observe and provide feedback on team performance.
  12. Monitor and track the progress of team members to identify areas for improvement and provide additional support as needed.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure they receive proper training and support.
  14. Identify and address any knowledge or skill gaps within the sales and customer success teams.
  15. Communicate regularly with team members to gather feedback and continuously improve training programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Field Enablement: A Senior Field Enablement Manager At Betterup Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Field Enablement, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Implementing Strategies To Support Field Teams.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Inspire A Team Of Field Enablement Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leaders Within The Company.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Senior Field Enablement Manager Will Be Responsible For Delivering Training And Enablement Programs To Field Teams, As Well As Presenting To Senior Leadership. Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Coaching And Personal Development: Betterup's Mission Is To Help People Thrive And Reach Their Full Potential, And The Senior Field Enablement Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Coaching And Personal Development To Effectively Support Field Teams In Delivering This Mission.

  • Ability To Analyze Data And Drive Results: The Senior Field Enablement Manager Will Be Responsible For Tracking And Analyzing The Impact Of Field Enablement Programs On Business Results. A Strong Analytical Mindset And Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making Is Crucial For This Role.
