
Sales Development Representative
You will identify and qualify new sales opportunities for our Enterprise, Mid-Market and Global Accounts Teams primarily through outbound calling. You will learn BetterUp from the ground up and demonstrate the value of our offering through outbound calls along with various prospecting methods (social selling and digital outreach). You will also diligently update Salesforce and stay current on all follow up tasks and leads, and shadow your dedicated AEs in sales conversations to help you build skills you will need for the next role in BetterUp’s dedicated sales team. You bring an enthusiastic, driven approach to generating and qualifying sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, etc. While you call the shots, the BetterUp team has your back every step of the way, with talent and leadership committed to giving you the support and resources you need to provide the best sales experience possible. You will work directly with the Director of Sales Development as well as our sales team.
3-5+ years SDR or quota-carrying sales experience
Training in sales methodologies (example: Challenger)
Self motivated with an extremely high drive to build something life-changing and a need to exceed quota(s)
Comfort with collaborating with Account Executives
