Ensure compliance requirements with a variety of global privacy and financial regulations and standards including SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, PIPEDA, and LGPD. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, documentation, and standards that address global regulatory requirements. Stay current with present, and upcoming, domestic and international privacy legislation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as a member of the data protection team. Identify, quantify, track, and lead mitigation of privacy risks. Assist with audit efforts related to ISO 27018, 27001, 27701 and various other audits. Collaborate with legal teams on legal compliance issues. Respond to privacy questions and concerns. Assist with Data Privacy Impact Assessments, Data Mapping, Data Subject Requests, and Privacy and Security by Design/Default.
Minimum 3-5 years work in data privacy and protection
Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, LGPD, HIPAA, and other relevant regulatory requirements
CIPP-US/E preferred
Experience with compliance tools such as OneTrust a plus
