- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to enhance and optimize the coaching platform at BetterUp.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for utilizing machine learning.
- Research and explore new techniques and methodologies in machine learning to continuously improve the coaching platform.
- Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to collect, clean, and prepare data for use in machine learning models.
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make recommendations for improvements.
- Utilize your expertise in machine learning to identify and solve complex problems and challenges related to the coaching platform.
- Communicate and present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in machine learning and apply them to the coaching platform.
- Collaborate with the product team to integrate machine learning features into the coaching platform in a seamless and user-friendly manner.
- Mentor and coach junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for machine learning.
- Ensure the security and privacy of data used in machine learning models.
- Continuously monitor and maintain the performance of machine learning models and make adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for the coaching platform.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Machine Learning Development, With A Strong Understanding Of Various Machine Learning Algorithms And Techniques.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Java, As Well As Experience With Deep Learning Frameworks Such As Tensorflow And Pytorch.
Experience With Data Engineering And Data Manipulation, Including Data Cleaning, Feature Engineering, And Data Visualization.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Explain Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Team Members And Stakeholders.
