  1. Build and maintain relationships with government agencies to promote the use of our platform.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for government clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for expanding our reach within the public sector.
  4. Understand and navigate government procurement processes to ensure successful partnerships and contracts.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins with government clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify any areas for improvement.
  6. Provide ongoing support and training to government clients to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of our platform.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to assess the success of government clients and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations and reports to government clients to showcase the value and impact of our platform.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the government sector to inform our strategy and approach.
  10. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that government clients may face, and work towards finding solutions.
  11. Represent BetterUp at industry events and conferences to promote our services to potential government clients.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government sector.
  13. Provide feedback and suggestions to internal teams on how to improve our platform and services for government clients.
  14. Maintain a deep understanding of government organizations and their unique needs and challenges.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Government Procurement Processes And Regulations: A Government Customer Success Manager At Betterup Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Complex Processes Involved In Selling Products Or Services To Government Agencies. This Includes Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Procurement Regulations, As Well As Experience Navigating Government Contract Bidding And Negotiation Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship Management Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication And Collaboration With Government Clients, Internal Teams, And Other Stakeholders. Therefore, A Government Customer Success Manager Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Proven Experience In Customer Success Or Account Management: To Succeed As A Government Customer Success Manager, Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Success In Customer Success Or Account Management Roles. This Includes Experience In Managing And Growing Client Accounts, Driving Customer Satisfaction, And Achieving Revenue Targets.

  • Strong Project Management And Problem-Solving Abilities: Government Contracts Often Involve Complex Project Scopes, Timelines, And Deliverables. A Government Customer Success Manager Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Identify Potential Roadblocks, And Develop Solutions To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
