  1. Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients to drive sales and revenue growth for the company.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized coaching and development programs to meet the needs of enterprise clients.
  4. Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their industries to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  5. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' challenges and effectively communicate the value of our services.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for BetterUp, representing the company's mission and values to clients and prospects.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and results to management.
  10. Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and drive overall team success.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients.
  12. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the enterprise market.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize sales processes and strategies.
  14. Travel to client sites as needed to build and maintain relationships and close deals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Sales Or Account Management

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets, Preferably In A Saas Or Technology Company

  • Strong Understanding Of The Enterprise Market And Experience Selling To C-Level Executives

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders
