- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized coaching and development programs to meet the needs of enterprise clients.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their industries to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' challenges and effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Act as a brand ambassador for BetterUp, representing the company's mission and values to clients and prospects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and results to management.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and drive overall team success.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the enterprise market.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize sales processes and strategies.
- Travel to client sites as needed to build and maintain relationships and close deals.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Sales Or Account Management
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets, Preferably In A Saas Or Technology Company
Strong Understanding Of The Enterprise Market And Experience Selling To C-Level Executives
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders
